Personal Capital
Personal Capital is the most useful financial resource around! I started using Personal Capital to track my progress during my debt free journey. My favorite feature of the app is that it allows you to track your net worth by listing all of your assets & liabilities in one place. Tracking my net worth every day was transformational in my efforts to start building wealth. With Personal Capital, you can also set a monthly budget and track your spending by category which helps identify areas where you can decrease spending.
Every Dollar
Every Dollar is an easy to follow budgeting app for those who want a simple, yet effective budget. There’s no need for fancy calculators or spreadsheets with Every Dollar. I love Every Dollar because it is easy to use on my desktop and smart phone.
Fundrise
Fundrise is an awesome way to get started with real estate investing. Fundrise allows you to invest in multi-million dollar real estate deals even if you only have $500.
Scott’s Cheap Flights
Scott’s Cheap Flights is the Holy Grail for travelers aiming to fill their passports with stamps on a budget! Members save an average of $550 per ticket. I’ve used SCF to book trips France, Mexico, and Spain. My ticket to Barcelona only cost $320 round trip! Last time I went to Europe, my flight cost $1200. If you’re working your way out of debt, but you still want to enjoy international travel experiences, signing up for Scott’s Cheap Flights is a must!
Hopper
Hopper is an app that predicts flight prices with 95% accuracy up to 1 year in advance. Hopper allows you to enter the details of your travel plans (departure location, desired destination, and travel dates) and gives recommendations on when you should book your trip. Hopper also tells you what your airfare costs would be if you chose different travel dates.
Award Wallet
Award Wallet is such a useful tool for all travel hackers! I have several credit cards because I use rewards points and miles to book flights and hotels. Keeping up with credit card points and airline miles can be a pain. I used to keep all of my points info in a spreadsheet, then I discovered AwardWallet which does all of the work for you. AwardWallet helps you track all of your loyalty points including frequent flier miles, hotel points, dining rewards, and shopping rewards.
